Our Goin Life

We visited Chuck E Cheeses again and this time Josh called and asked what we were doing so we invited him along and he and Andrew had a blast!! Paul T had fun of course also, so much in fact he took a nap. Enough reading the words, here’s some pics.

Walker, that is! I am sure you have seen the video – if not scroll down a bit. But it does not do today justice. That video was taken yesterday evening and today he is walking around more than crawling and able to walk much greater distances. He didn’t sleep well last night, stayed up late and was up early and I think it is due to the excitement of what his little body is doing! We are all excited. Andrew, too. he is so happy to have his little buddy up and walking. They already played chase, Paul T crawling after Andrew, but now it is about to get serious.

Paul T looks so funny. I swear he is smaller than Andrew was when he learned how to walk. He is so petite and looks like a chimp or orangutan walking with his little arms straight up in the air even if no one is holding his hand.

I got him some cute little soft soled shoes from Target yesterday and last night we took him to Walmart to walk around in the toy department. He has been watching his big brother play with the things on the shelves for a long time and he finally got to get down there out of the cart or mommy’s carrier and check it all out for himself! I wish it wasn’t so darned hot so we could go outside to play. That is by far a favorite for both of them.

Well, tomorrow is library day and swimming so he will get to show off his new skills for his friends. Last week we stayed at the pool for over an hour and a half! It was the longest yet. Wish we could get more pics of them there. Andrew goes down the little slide over and over and over again. He used to insist on me having a hand out to catch him when he got to the bottom, now he won’t even wait for me to get in the water before he is going down it! The water is shallow enough for him to stand. He is truly such a big boy!

Hope this finds you all well, I have to run now for bath time. I cannot tell you how cute that is too btw. They bathe together and play around and splash int he water. Their friendship is really growing. Sure they still get frustrated with each other at times but overall the love between these 2 boys is amazing to see and to watch grow. I am so blessed and grateful to be a part of their lives.

Lea has started taking belly dancing lesson on Thursdays which provides me with the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with my boys. This week, we went out and dug in the dirt and played at the playground!
