Ice Day

28 Jan

If you are anywhere in the north Texas area than you know that the world was covered in ice this morning. When Andrew and I got up the first thing we did was bundle up and go outside to see. Check in our picasa site for a few pics of Andrew admiring the ice sculptures built by nature.

Start here. And click the right arrow to see more. There’s only a few, we weren’t out for long, it was COLD! But after some coffee and breakfast and a good round of tennis we did go back out and do some more exploring. We went all the way to our apartment park and had a blast kicking ice off the structures. I didn’t take pics that time though. Should have, of course, it was beautiful out there! Like a living ice sculpture.

Here is the video of us playing tennis though:

Well, the ice is almost all melted and that’s probably the only freeze we’ll get here in the north Dallas area so let’s hope it killed all the ants and fleas! Hope you all enjoyed your day as much as we have. Now back to The Wiggles, the saddest part, me and Andy may like it more than Andrew does! They are so fun!
